Kelley oversees the production of concrete batch plants and the  department foreman, tests and interviews potential employees and resolves production problems with engineering and sales. And is a liaison for manufacturing and office staff conflicts. Kelley has 20 years experience in the Industry 17 of those in a supervisor capacity, with companies such as Ross, CMI/Johnson-Ross, and R&S Industries.

Mitchell has over 19.5 years in the concrete industry 10 of that in a supervisor's position. He worked  for companies such as Ross, CMI Johnson-Ross, & R&S Industries.

Ronnie has over 23 years in the concrete batch plant industry, has worked for Ross, CMI/Johnson-Ross, and R&S Industries and has 5 years supervisor experience.

Melvin has over 33 years concrete batch plant experience and 30 of those in a supervisor capacity, Melvin is Foreman of the finish-up crew which includes conferring with engineering department, quality control, maintenance, testing (plants, gates, silos, dust collectors, ect.), and load and un-loading of trucks. He worked for Ross, CMI/Johnson-Ross, and R&S Industries.

Gary Don Oversees the fabrication of big plants  coordinates duties among his department welders and fabricators and confers with engineering and sales staff to over come any problems. Gary Don has over 15 years in fabrication of batch plants 6 years of foreman experience.

Ben oversees the cutting and fabricating of parts for assembly, keeps inventory of materials used. Assigns workers in department, fabricating tasks. Ben has 7 years industry experience working for CMI/Johnson-Ross & R&S Industries. 4 years supervisor experience.

Eulalio has over 14 years experience in the industry/paint  shop, he ensures the quality of the paint work for thickness, runs and over spray, the maintenance and up keep of the equipment, mixes the paint to the correct viscosity for proper adhesion per weather conditions. Has work for Ross, CMI/Johnson-Ross, & R&S Industries

Brian oversees and delegates projects, personnel, order parts for projects clarify any questions on prints or materials. Brian has 5 years in the concrete industry and been a foreman for over a year.  

James oversees the production and fabrication of Silos and all accessories, ladders, step-off decks, roof fill pipes. James has 23 years in industrial construction, over 6 years experience in the concrete industry and over 10 years of supervisor experience.

Troy oversees the fabrication of R&S tilt mixers and frames he  has worked for Ross, CMI/Johnson-Ross, and R&S Industries
