standard in high quality custom and standard concrete batch plants, parts
manufacturing and service. It is our goal to mix new technology with the success
of history, through our personnel and equipment. To ensure longevity and
profitability through strategic alliances with partners, employees, and vendors
with the emphasis on core family values. To maintain a desirable work force by
empowering employees and structuring management teams to meet the needs of all
those seeking the products and services of R & S Industries,
creating profitability, workflow, and production.
Keith Ringler
President / CO-OWNER
Strong background in engineering design work, sales and corporate management
with 35 years in the concrete industry including 12 years experience in
environmental dust control systems for many industrial applications. Keith has
designed several complete product lines from conception including the first
vertical cartridge pulse jet system in the concrete industry; large mobile dust
control systems for high speed paving plants and specialized manufactured sand
screening systems. With formal training in hydraulics, pneumatics and air
handling system designs adds to his many years of field experience. He currently
has a US patent pending for an integrated dust control system used on large
mobile soil stabilization equipment. The development of the GatorHose system for
use as flexible discharge chutes in extremely harsh environments is just the
latest of many items created by Keith.
Vann Stanford
Vice President / CO-OWNER
With an associate's degree from Texas A&M University and 23 years
experience in the concrete industry Vann adds vital knowledge to our team.
Years of engineering design work, sales, purchasing and serving customers
have gained Vann a strong reputation within the industry. Owner of his own
successful company, he has developed and manufactured specialized valves
for dry material handling systems. He also has a US patent pending for a
specialized pressure switch. His unique ability to develop strong supplier
partnerships adds to the assurance that our customers get great products
on time.
Our Engineering and Design team has over 130
years combined experience. Our engineers have Mechanical Engineering Degrees
from Texas A&M, and the design staff are all certified in Solidworks and
CAD, Garret Brook has a Physics Degree from ASU.

Our manufacturing team has over 230 years
of combined batch plant experience, over 543 years welding fabrication
experience and 135 years of industry supervisor experience. Our experience
is second to none. And our equipment reflects our dedication to the
concrete batch plant industry.
